My name is Sarah Blofsky and I have been married to my husband Eric for almost 10 years! Eric grew up in Chico and I grew up in San Jose. We met in the dorms freshman year at Chico State and starting dating our sophomore year. Chico is definitely home for us and we have a lot of family here.

We started trying to make a family of our own in 2013. After a year of being unsuccessful we sought out help from a local physician. We were then referred to Northern California Fertility Medical Center (NCFMC), in Roseville, and found out that our only option to have biological children was through In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF). September 2014 was when we began the process of IVF.

After two failed embryo transfers we were finally successful and had Brooklyn in April 2017. We couldn’t be happier or feel more blessed to have had the opportunity to try to have biological children. This would not have been possible without the incredible support from our families and the doctors at NCFMC. Our hope is that there would be many more families who receive the same opportunity to grow their families.
